Warranties:
ICF Building Products, Ltd. is committed to supplying the highest quality products. It relies on the warrants of the manufacturer of the products it sells against substandard materials and manufacturing defects that do not conform to published manufacturer specifications. The discovery of any product defects should be brought to the immediate attention of ICF Building Products, Ltd. by calling our office at 877-367-6626. ICF Building Products, Ltd. assumes no responsibility for product or system performance once they have been installed.
Returns:
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Even if a written return authorization has been made, ICF Building Products, Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product has been used, has been opened or not in its original form, with its original container, accessories, manuals, instructions, and anything else that came with the original package. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure the return is in its original form. The customer will assume the responsibility for making arrangements and all costs associated with repackaging, handling, and return freight. Returns will also be subject to restocking charges.
Damaged in Shipment:
ICF Building Products, Ltd. is not responsible for products damaged in shipment. If products are damaged in shipment, the customer must register a complaint with the delivery truck driver and/or contact the freight company, immediately, for adjustments.
Defective Products:
If products are found to be defective, the customer must contact our business office by calling 877-367-6626 within 24 hours of receiving defective product(s).
Prices:
All advertized prices are FOB nearest manufacturer or stocking warehouse facility, and are discounted for cash payment (wire/electronic transfer, cashier’s check, or company check). A three percent (3%) convenience fee will be added to all credit card purchases.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice and may be adjusted (up or down) to correspond with manufacturing costs. ICF Building Products, Ltd. will make every possible effort to maintain its noted prices. Regular price adjustments will occur quarterly.
Price Quotes:
All price quotes documented in writing are guaranteed for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Exceptions to this may result from force majeure which includes the influences of war, national and world economic instability, catastrophic natural disasters, the failure of third parties, and other events that are clearly outside of our control.
Freight, Packaging, and Handling:
Freight costs are calculated from nearest manufacturer or stocking warehouse facility to customer’s zip code. Packaging and handling costs will be included as part of freight. A freight quote can be obtained upon request.
Shipping Policy:
Products will not be shipped until payment is received in-full, or otherwise arranged in advance. All purchases will be delivered via ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service, or Common Carrier) unless otherwise requested. Tracking numbers will be provided upon request.
Copyright:
All printed and electronically available material created, produced, and/or published by ICF Building Products, Ltd. are protected by U.S. copyright law. Anyone copying or distributing such materials without the consent of ICF Building Products, Ltd. will be in violation of the law. Any person or organization may copy, use, and distribute all or part of said materials for the sole purposes of sale, installation, promotion, distribution, and marketing of products sold by ICF Building Products, Ltd. only. It is our business to supply quality ICF accessory products to our customers at the lowest possible price. If you have received a valid verifiable quote for a product that we advertise, we will do our best to beat the competition.
Payments:
Payment must be received in full prior to shipping, or unless otherwise arranged. Published prices are discounted for cash payment. We accept Master Card, VISA, electronic transfer, and advanced payment with cashier’s, or certified bank check. For credit card sales add a 3% convenience fee. Company checks are accepted but product shipment will not occur until the check has cleared. All invoices are due upon receipt. Wire transfers are a quick and convenient method of payment. Some restrictions may apply.
